Their chicken burger is quite good: crispy and juicy! Also plenty of veggies in it, I like it! Excellent service too. I accidentally ordered and paid for the spicy chicken sandwich. Then I found out there's a deluxe version and wanted to switch. They didn't figure out a way but quickly decided to offer me the upgrade without charge. While I don't care about the money, but I do appreciate that they try to save my time for all the hassle.

I like that they have the grilled nuggets, but their attitude could use an adjustment. They also need to update their point of sale equipment, it would seem. They indicated they sometimes are able to scan Discover cards, and sometimes can't. Didn't bother them at all to require a different payment rather than addressing their issues. Not the sort of thing a tired traveller lugging bags from one end of the airport to the other really wants to encounter. At the very least, the staff could act like they care that their equipment is causing a bit more inconvenience. Oh, and certainly don't expect a friendly response if you have the nerve to ask for dipping sauce. Apparently friendliness requires an up-charge.

After moving from the south to Canada, I miss my regular dose of Chick Fil A. On a recent trip, I was excited to learn that there was a Chick Fil A in the Minneapolis airport. Other than the unsalted fries being cold, the sandwich did taste like a Chick Fil A sandwich and the coke was a coke. The terrible thing here is the slow, apathetic service. With no one in line (now maybe I know why), it took a couple of minutes for the server (who looked bored to death to be there) to turn around to get a sandwich for me. The rest of the servers did not lift a finger to help each other. The whole place seemed like it was a management mess of sorts. Everyone who loves Chick Fil A (myself included) often goes to great lengths to sing the praises of the place far more than necessary and say how Chick Fil A is far better than (fill in name of hated fast food chain here). However, to make too much of this place would be extremely disingenuous at best. The service here would not be tolerated at McDonald's.

The chicken biscuit had an undercooked/gummy piece of chicken and an overcooked/dry biscuit . Four of our fries, from a large order of waffle fries, were blighted and inedible. Fast and friendly service, but horrible food.

Great service, tasty food. Staff is very friendly. I waited only 3 min for my food and the Manager was very apologetic and gave me a free brownie. Very unexpected and a pleasant surprise. Great for a quick meal at MSP

Huge Chick-Fil-A fan, but this HMS airport franchise is an embarrassment. None of the front line staff appear as if they want to be there. Their language skills are subpar (even considering it's airport fast food). The food is absolutely terrible. Not cooked to the standards you would expect from Chick-Fil-A. Any brand takes a gamble handing off their franchise to airport vendors, sadly Chick-Fil-A lost on this one. They need some serious TLC at this location.

This is the Chick-fil-A location inside the third level of hell that is the Minnesota-St. Paul Airport(see review). This is another standard CFA location. Since we were having such a great time on our layover(sarcasm alert), we decided to grab some chicken sandwiches. All the employees were very kind and helpful. Even though there was a line both times I was here, they moved through it fairly quickly. I guess the reason I'm only giving it 3 stars is the price. Yes, I know it is inside an airport. I don't care. Two drinks and two sandwiches should not have to cost a person nearly $14. I paid it though. Mainly because I have no idea when I will next have the opportunity to enjoy one of those yummy sandwiches. Oh well, what are ya gonna do? so yea.. 3 stars is what this feels like to me.. It is what it is (tasty as hell) but since it is in the airport, you WILL pay for it!

I love being able to grab some Chick-Fil-A between flights. On a recent cross country journey from NYC to San Diego, Delta (of course) routed me through MSP. I had a 6:00 am flight out of JFK and so a tired, disoriented and coffee-less Bill stumbled out of the plane a few hours later, cranky and hungry. But what to my wondering eyes did appear, this Chick-Fil-A! They were still serving breakfast and for a moment I was disappointed, but then I saw they had spicy chicken biscuits with little hash browns and I was sold! Everything was delicious (I had two biscuits, oink, oink) and the lady couldn't have been sweeter. I love the Midwest and I'm a fan of this Chick-Fil-A!

I made an unfortunate stop here while I was waiting for my flight. That was a huge mistake! I wish I hadn't. This is probably some of the worst customer service and food quality that I've ever seen in my life. The woman who took my order was beyond rude. She had a horrible tone to her voice, and she said some of the rudest things I've heard from anyone in the food industry. Then I had to wait ten minutes for my food. During those ten minutes, I was overhearing a couple employees use homophobic slurs towards the GLBT community. One of them went as far as criticizing passer-byers they thought were gay and using homophobic slurs against them too. The employees didn't think anyone could hear them, but I could. I complained to the manager about this, but he didn't believe. He walked away while I was talking (I was polite about the whole thing, and I did not once raise my voice). When I finally got my food after waiting ten minutes, the food was cold. I only ate a few fries before throwing the rest away. When I'm at the airport in the future, I will make sure to avoid this place at all costs! I don't want to live through this catastrophe again.

I love Chick fil A and will give the food **** stars, but for the love... PLEASE have more then 1 person... Who btw moves like molasses working!!! It's the airport and we all are in a hurry! MN will be adding more locations... Maple Grove, Apple Valley, Blaine, and one more (sorry cannot remember the last location, but let's hope western burbs).

Shocked and amazed that a Chick-fil-A was finally in MN (rumors have it though that there is one on the U of M campus, which i still need to go in search of). So of course every time I decided to venture off on a new adventure out of town I decided to grab a quick bite to eat. The only issue is the location of the Chick-fil-A within the airport. For some reason my flight always departs from a gate or two furthest from it, oh well guess the extra walking after all those calories is useful. It's your standard Chick-fil-A restaurant with the usual menu items. Staff seems to be friendly, seating area is always clean and plenty of space to sit and you get the bonus of the airport people watching as you dig into your delicious sandwich :)

Always like coming over here, the food is hot and the service is very quick. This is one of the first Chick fil A's in the state and is by far the best one in my opinion. They don't have a full menu as a stand alone store, but who comes to Chick fil A for anything other than the chicken sandwich.

Located in the food court near the entrance to Concourse C, close to C12. You wouldn't know there were other places to eat there because everyone is lined up for C-f-A and every table is strewn with red and white bags. When are we going to get more of these in Minnesota? I try not to do reviews of chains, but when a chain is so rare that it becomes a novelty in your home state, what can you do? The menu is not the full C-f-A menu you get in the "real" restaurants in other states. There are only three sandwich entree/meal options, a nuggets option, and an additional chicken salad option. Despite the long line, they're fairly quick, although not as friendly and down-homey as in the South. They still take your order with your first name, though. Be sure to ask for the Chick-fil-A sauce as it's not sitting out with the other condiments. Not having all of the meal options is kind of a drag for a C-f-A devotee, but I'll take what we can get in MN. Beats the hell out of the U of M location which is impossible to get to and always closed.

Best food option at the Airport. Chick Fil A consistently delivers great food. I wish the other chains at the airport did as well. Too bad it is located so poorly.

My most favorite place to eat that's cheap and easy. Well, not so cheap because this one's in an airport, but it's still worth the walk if you're not near Gate C.

On the airport website it lists this place as one of the last restaurants to be open, with a closing time of 9:30pm. I was running to get there in time so I could eat before my next flight and arrived at the counter at 9:17pm to see every cashier closing down and counting their till. They looked at me like I was stupid when I asked why they were closed 15 minutes before they were actually supposed to close. What I assumed to be the manager stuttered giving me her response saying they sold out of everything. REALLY? You sold out of everything in the whole restaurant, as I am looking around and seeing some food? Very disappointed. I was nice and respectful, but this really pissed me off. I love this place and they don't have one where I live. Let down. This is not a review on the food, but rather customer service as a whole. I hate when places do that.

I never get the luxury of chic-fil-a where I live, so I was thrilled to be coming to the Minnesota St. Paul airport to get some chicken sandwiches! When I arrived I waited in line behind one guy for 5 minutes as he tried to order chicken nuggets, when finally the staff said there, "wasn't no chicken nuggets." He left, and I was next. As I'm about to order a guy rushes beside me and says, "they put pickles on my sandwiches, I said no pickles." The cashier very loudly said, "S#!T." She said she'd get him a new one and then asked me what I wanted. Ok ew already this would not go well and I had a flight to catch in 40 minutes. I told her I wanted two chicken sandwiches and she said she didn't think she could have any sandwiches ready for 15 minutes. Then she said, "actually I don't even think we have any sandwiches." At that I decided I didn't need to experience anymore chic-fil-a hospitality. I left. No sandwiches and thinking Truett Cathy would role over in his grave if he knew about this location.

Try this place! For those of us from MN, try the chicken sandwich. It is awesome! The breakfast is good here too.
